1) Who we are & scope
This Policy applies to our website, forms, chat/WhatsApp/SMS/email interactions, demo bookings, client portals, and professional services (the “Services”). We often act as:
Data Controller for visitors, prospects, and our own Subscribers.
Data Processor/Service Provider for our clients’ customer data processed inside platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel).
If you are a client, your contract and any Data Processing Addendum (DPA) govern controller/processor roles.

Information you provide
Contact & identity: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, job title, company.
Business details: industry, goals, budgets, preferences.
Content: messages, call recordings/voicemails, support tickets, form submissions.
Billing: company details, VAT/TRN, payment references (card data handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).
Information we collect automatically
Device & usage: IP, browser, device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps.
Cookies & similar tech: analytics, preference, session, and marketing cookies.
Information from third parties
Platforms we integrate (with your authorization): GoHighLevel, calendar tools, ad platforms, WhatsApp/SMS/email providers, payment processors, and data enrichment tools (where permitted).
We do not intentionally collect special categories (health, religion, etc.) or data from children under 13/16 (jurisdiction dependent).
3) Why we use your data (purposes)
Provide and improve the Services (setup, CRM, funnels, automations, support).
Communicate: demos, onboarding, updates, transactional messages.
Marketing with consent or legitimate interest: newsletters, promotions, event invites.

Hosting & storage: cloud infrastructure and backup providers
Analytics & attribution: analytics tools, A/B testing, call tracking
Professional services: auditors, accountants, legal counsel, where necessary
We may disclose information to authorities where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or corporate reorganization.
We do not sell personal data.
7) International transfers
We are based in the UAE and may transfer data to providers in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) and ensure vendors maintain adequate protections.
8) Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above:
Prospect/marketing records: up to 24 months from last interaction (or until you opt out).
Client/project records: contract term + 24 months (unless law requires longer).
Call recordings/logs: 3–12 months (configurable).
Invoices/financial records: 7 years (or local legal requirement).
We’ll delete or anonymize data when retention ends, unless legal obligations require longer storage.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

Delete your data (erasure)
Restrict or object to processing (including marketing)
Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risk, including account access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege practices, monitoring, and staff confidentiality commitments. No method is 100% secure; please notify us promptly of any suspected breach.

12) Children’s privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under the age applicable in your jurisdiction (13/16). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to remove it.
